Telangana CM Presents Musi Riverfront Development Plans Amid Opposition Concerns

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy unveiled detailed plans for the Musi Riverfront Development project, emphasizing environmental rejuvenation, urban development, and housing for displaced families. He challenged opposition criticism regarding the absence of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) and highlighted investment and employment benefits. Meanwhile, BRS MLA T. Harish Rao accused the CM of misleading the Assembly about an Asian Development Bank loan, questioning project transparency and eviction notices issued before DPR completion. The government plans phased development starting with the Gandhi Sarovar project.
