Suspected Pakistani drones were repeatedly spotted near the International Border and Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba, Rajouri, and Poonch districts, including multiple sightings in the Ramgarh sector. Security forces launched search operations after these incursions but found no illicit material. Earlier, an arms consignment was recovered from a drone drop in Paloora village, Samba. Authorities have heightened surveillance and deployed additional troops amid concerns over cross-border smuggling and infiltration attempts ahead of Republic Day.
