Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated new train stoppages at Vidisha railway station on Sunday. These experimental stoppages, responding to passenger and regional demands, will be implemented at Vidisha, Sanchi, and Diwanganj stations starting late December 2025. Several express trains, including the Sampark Kranti Express, Chennai-Shri Vaishno Devi Katra Express, and Bilaspur-Bhopal Express, will now halt at these locations.
