President Murmu and PM Modi to Launch Major Development Projects in Odisha on June 20
On June 20, President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will jointly inaugurate and lay foundation stones for development projects worth over Rs 47,600 crore in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district, coinciding with the President's birthday. The events include a public gathering at Dandabose ground and a visit to Pahadpur, President Murmu's late husband's native village, which is being specially prepared for the occasion. The projects span infrastructure, industrial growth, and welfare initiatives, marking the state government's second anniversary celebrations outside the capital Bhubaneswar.
