
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari emphasized that India has sufficient funds for development but lacks committed leaders to work honestly for villages, the poor, and farmers. Speaking in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, he inaugurated eight road projects worth Rs 4,400 crore and announced approvals for new projects totaling about Rs 1 lakh crore. Gadkari highlighted his focus on preventing farmer suicides and promoting farmers as providers of energy and biofuels, urging efforts to increase their income and rural development.
