Indian Army Foils Infiltration Attempt Along Line of Control in Rajouri

On March 4, 2026, Indian Army troops in Rajouri district observed suspected terrorists attempting to cross the Line of Control near the Turkandi and Bhimber Gali areas. The army opened fire to thwart the infiltration bid, deploying reinforcements and launching a search operation supported by ground and aerial surveillance. It was unclear if any suspects were hit.
