Bangladesh police have announced a reward for information on attackers who set fire to a Hindu-owned house near Chattogram, amid a surge in mob violence targeting Hindu families. The incident, which occurred in the Raojan area, saw eight residents escape unharmed after the house was torched. Police have arrested five suspects and formed a special security team, noting seven Hindu families' homes have been burned in the area over five days. This follows a separate lynching incident in Mymensingh.
