Speaking at a 'Mediation Awareness' event in Panaji, he highlighted that mediation allows parties to reach their own desired outcomes without imposition. The Supreme Court has launched the 'Mediation for Nation' initiative to encourage its use among legal stakeholders and the public, extending to pre-litigation stages.
