He stated that the 4,848 MLHPs, recruited for the 'Makkalai Thedi Maruthuvam' scheme, are temporary hires under the National Health Mission with fixed terms and salaries. While acknowledging some minor demands for consideration, the Minister urged protesters to be wary of false promises regarding permanent positions.
