The YSRCP has accused the coalition government of harassing village secretariat staff by assigning tasks without adequate support and then threatening disciplinary action. Party leader Nalaru Chandra Sekhar Reddy stated that issuing memos for failing to promote an app is unrealistic, as not everyone uses smartphones. He also alleged an anti-employee policy, citing withheld allowances and delayed pay revisions, demanding an end to employee harassment.
