Gurugram Plans Double-Decker Viaduct and Elevated Flyover to Improve Traffic Flow

Gurugram authorities plan infrastructure upgrades to ease congestion between Hero Honda Chowk and surrounding areas. Gurugram Metro Rail Limited (GMRL) has proposed a double-decker viaduct integrating metro and elevated road pillars between Hero Honda Chowk and Umang Bhardwaj Chowk to optimize space and reduce duplication. Meanwhile, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is preparing a detailed project report for an elevated flyover from Hero Honda Chowk to Rampura Chowk, addressing traffic and waterlogging concerns. Both projects aim to improve mobility and reduce congestion in the region.
