The scheme includes training in animal husbandry, fodder cultivation, and cow dung product development, creating local employment. The state also laid the foundation for its first cow sanctuary in Bilaspur, with plans to shelter 2,500 cattle. The government signed an MoU with the National Dairy Development Board to boost milk production. All government land Gaudhams will be named 'Surabhi Gaudham.'
