
Union Minister Mandaviya announced that 'Suvidha providers' will be introduced to assist workers with Provident Fund (PF) related issues, acting as a bridge to the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). These facilitators aim to improve access, especially for new or digitally unfamiliar users. EPFO offices are also being modernized into single-window centers, allowing beneficiaries to resolve issues at any regional office, with a pilot in Delhi. Additionally, a mission will be launched to return funds from inoperative PF accounts through KYC verification and a dedicated digital platform.
