Madras High Court Suggests Symbolic Prayers by Five at Thirupparankundram Deepathoon

Justice G.R. Swaminathan of the Madras High Court suggested allowing five court-named individuals to offer symbolic prayers for 15 minutes at the newly identified deepathoon atop Thirupparankundram hill, respecting an earlier order permitting the Karthigai Deepam lighting there.
