A Shiv Sena candidate, Uddhav Kamble, has been booked for allegedly tearing and swallowing the AB forms of a rival party nominee, Machhindra Dhawale, during the filing of nominations for Pune civic polls. The incident occurred at the Dhankawadi Sahakarnagar Ward Office after both received AB forms for the same ward. A case has been registered for obstructing public servants, with Kamble denying the act and suggesting a medical examination. The dispute arose due to duplicate forms being issued amid alliance shifts.
