Arunachal Pradesh BEO Accused in APPSC Paper Leak Scam Terminated from Service

Posi Gamlin, Block Education Officer and accused in the 2022 Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission paper leak scam, has been terminated from service after nearly three years of suspension, reinstatement, and disciplinary proceedings. Arrested in November 2022 by the Anti-Corruption Bureau for his alleged role as a broker, Gamlin was reinstated in January 2025 following a court order but was suspended again amid public criticism. An inquiry found the charges of grave misconduct proven, leading to his dismissal under central civil service rules, disqualifying him from future government employment.
