Supreme Court Stays Delhi HC Order on Sanction for CBI Chargesheet Against Mahua Moitra

The Supreme Court issued notices to Moitra, the CBI, and BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, and agreed to examine the legal provisions under Section 20 of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013, concerning sanction procedures. The investigation against Moitra is currently on hold pending the court's clarification.
