
Starting January 1, 2026, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will implement increased fees for certain immigration benefits. These adjustments, mandated by law and reflecting inflation, will require applications postmarked on or after the effective date to include the updated fees to avoid rejection. The Department of Homeland Security will continue to adjust these fees annually for inflation in future fiscal years.
