Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the remaining Phase 2 stretch of the Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Metro on Sunday, completing a vital transport link between the two cities. The new section connects Gandhinagar's Sector 10A to the Mahatma Mandir convention centre. This development is expected to significantly boost daily ridership and enhance the 'Ease of Living' for residents. The inauguration was attended by Gujarat's Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister, who also took a ride on the new metro line.
