Punjab Police Review Security Arrangements Ahead of Hola Mohalla Festival

Punjab's Special Director General of Police, Arpit Shukla, reviewed security preparations for the three-day Hola Mohalla festival at Sri Anandpur Sahib from March 2 to 4. Approximately 5,000 police personnel have been deployed across 12 sectors, supported by six drones for aerial surveillance. Measures include 21 designated parking areas with a color-coded system, round-the-clock shuttle services, and QR-code information points to assist lakhs of devotees attending the event. Authorities emphasized a respectful approach to ensure a smooth and safe festival.
