Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balendra Shah, Rastriya Swotantra Party (RSP) chairperson Ravi Lamichhane, and Minister Kulman Ghising have agreed to contest together under the RSP banner. This move by emerging leaders, including a former rapper and a television journalist, aims to address issues of corruption and political disorder, potentially impacting the dominance of traditional parties like the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML.
