Shivakumar announced application fees of ₹50,000 for general candidates, ₹25,000 for SC/ST candidates, and a reduced ₹25,000 for women. Collected funds will support building construction for party offices. Candidates are urged to begin early preparations, with a submission deadline of January 15.
