Finnish authorities seized the Russian cargo ship Fitburg on Wednesday, suspecting it of damaging underwater cables in the Baltic Sea. The vessel, flying the flag of St Vincent and Grenadines and carrying 14 Russian nationals, was stopped after its anchor chain was observed dragging. The ship had departed from St. Petersburg and was en route to Haifa, Israel.
