RSS General Secretary Arun Kumar stated that the misuse of Public Interest Litigations (PILs) weakens society and the justice system. Speaking at an advocates' convention, he emphasized the need for constitutional morality and national interest in judicial processes. The convention also passed a resolution demanding faster, time-bound appointments of judges to address the shortage and reduce pending cases, which disproportionately affects the poor and ordinary citizens.
