The SOP mandates that lawyers, including senior advocates, must submit timelines for oral arguments at least a day before a hearing. Additionally, they are required to file a brief written submission of no more than five pages, after serving a copy to the opposing side, at least three days prior to the hearing. This initiative aims to ensure strict adherence to fixed timelines for oral arguments.
