
Indian government sources stated that Qatar has assured it will resume crude oil supplies to India as soon as the shipping route near the Strait of Hormuz reopens, following disruptions caused by recent Middle East conflicts. India currently maintains comfortable crude oil and LNG stocks and has received LNG supply offers from multiple countries. Officials also clarified that recent price freeze assurances applied only to petrol and diesel, not to LPG, dismissing allegations of LPG price hikes as unfounded.
