The vigilance court had granted him bail in February, citing lack of evidence. The SIT challenges this, alleging the court overlooked key facts and evidence, and seeks removal of adverse remarks about the investigation, arguing the bail order hampers ongoing inquiries. Further challenges to bail in related cases are planned.
