Karnataka to Build New Delhi Bhavan for Civil Service Aspirants and Boost Healthcare
Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar announced the construction of a new Karnataka Bhavan in New Delhi, costing Rs 80 crore, to provide accommodation and study facilities for civil service aspirants, with 50% of seats reserved for SC/ST candidates. The state will also invest Rs 100 crore in a super-speciality hospital at Yadgir and acquire 620 new buses. Additionally, the Resident Commissioner's office and legal cell in Delhi will be strengthened to enhance fund acquisition and address legal matters.
