Ukraine's Defence Minister Plans Data-Driven Military Overhaul and AI Collaboration

Ukraine's new defence minister, Oleksii Fedorov, announced plans to overhaul the military using data-driven management, emphasizing measurable results and systematic budgeting. He highlighted Ukraine's extensive wartime data, including combat statistics and drone footage, which will be shared with allies to train artificial intelligence models.
