Pune Sees Major Infrastructure and Urban Growth Projects Worth Over Rs 38,000 Crore

The Pune Metropolitan Region is undergoing significant infrastructure development with projects totaling over Rs 38,000 crore initiated during PMRDA chief Dr. Yogesh Mhase's 18-month tenure, including roads, tunnels, and pollution control. Concurrently, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis proposed a Rs 40,909 crore Urban Growth Centre plan featuring 159 projects across sectors like roads, tunnels, tourism, and specialized hubs to boost economic growth and employment in Pune and surrounding areas.
