
The Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society (APNRTS) is collaborating with the Centre and the Ministry of External Affairs to facilitate the safe return of about 15,000 Andhra Pradesh residents stranded in conflict-affected West Asia. Efforts include securing transit visas for those in Bahrain to travel to Saudi Arabia for return flights to India. While flights from Oman continue, many workers in essential sectors remain in the Gulf, and civilian areas have reportedly not been targeted.
