Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has upgraded two key train services in the Northeast region with modern LHB coaches. The Agartala-Dharmanagar-Agartala Passenger and Silchar-Agartala-Silchar Express trains now feature these advanced coaches, enhancing passenger safety, comfort, and travel experience. This upgrade, part of Indian Railways' modernization initiative, replaces older ICF coaches with LHB's superior safety mechanisms and improved interiors, aiming to strengthen rail connectivity and provide world-class services.
