Official data from India's Ministry of External Affairs reveals Saudi Arabia deported over 11,000 Indian nationals in 2025, significantly more than the United States' approximately 3,800. This marks the highest number of deportations from Saudi Arabia in five years, primarily due to residency and labor law violations. While US deportations are at a 16-year high, they remain substantially lower than those from the Gulf nation. Other countries like Myanmar and Malaysia also reported notable numbers of Indian deportations.
