ISIS-Linked Groups Call for Attacks on Hindus in India and Expand Online Propaganda

A report by the Counter Extremism Project highlights that ISIS-linked groups have intensified online propaganda, calling for attacks against Hindus in India and neighboring South and Southeast Asian regions, including West Bengal, Assam, Tripura, and Manipur. The groups have also praised recent violent incidents in the United States, such as the March 7 attempted attack near Gracie Mansion and the March 12 shooting at Old Dominion University, using encrypted platforms like RocketChat and Telegram to encourage further violence and expand recruitment.
