Amid rising tensions in West Asia, the Indian Embassy in Tehran has advised Indian nationals in Iran not to approach or cross any land borders without prior coordination with the Embassy. The advisory warns that uncoordinated border crossings may lead to serious logistical and immigration difficulties, and the Embassy will be unable to assist those who move outside Iranian territory without guidance. The Embassy remains in regular contact with the Indian community and is arranging coordinated support where necessary.
