A Delhi court granted bail to six individuals arrested for protesting at India Gate, bringing the total number of bailed accused to 22 out of 23. The court noted that the accused had already spent about a month in custody and were not required for further investigation. It also stated that the prosecution had not shown evidence linking the applicants to banned organizations like the Radical Student Union (RSU), nor were their affiliated groups, BSCEM or Himkhand, banned. Conditions for bail include furnishing bonds, not leaving India, and cooperating with the investigation.
