Jishnu Dev Varma Transitions from Telangana to Maharashtra Governor Role

Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma, who served for over one and a half years, is set to become Maharashtra's Governor, with his oath scheduled for March 10. Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy paid a courtesy visit to Varma, acknowledging his contributions, including fostering ties between Telangana and northeastern states. Varma was welcomed in Mumbai by Maharashtra officials and received a ceremonial Guard of Honour upon arrival to assume his new role.
