VCK Initiates Seat-Sharing Talks with DMK for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry

The Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) began seat-sharing discussions with the DMK, seeking a dignified allocation of constituencies in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. VCK chief Thol Thirumavalavan stated that a three-member committee submitted a 'wish-list' to the DMK, including requests for one general and two reserved seats in Puducherry. The talks were described as smooth and cordial, with VCK emphasizing the importance of DMK-led alliance victory over seat numbers and not seeking Rajya Sabha seats or power shares.
