Kerala Cabinet Revises Guidelines for 'Connect to Work' Youth Scholarship Scheme

The Kerala Cabinet approved revised guidelines for the 'Connect to Work' scholarship scheme to enhance youth employment through skill development and financial aid. Eligible applicants must be Kerala residents aged 18-30 with an annual family income below Rs 5 lakh, undergoing skill training or preparing for competitive exams. The first five lakh eligible candidates will receive Rs 1,000 monthly for 12 months via Direct Benefit Transfer. Applications are accepted through eemployment.kerala.gov.in, with implementation by the Employment Department.
