Kerala Congress (Joseph) Seeks Same 10 Seats in 2026 Assembly, Open to Swaps

Kerala Congress (Joseph), a key ally in the UDF, has requested to contest the same 10 seats it did in the 2021 Kerala Assembly election but remains open to swapping constituencies. Party chief P J Joseph noted ongoing seat-sharing talks with the Congress, particularly over the Idukki seat, with final decisions expected by Tuesday. The party plans to conclude seat-sharing with allies soon and will announce candidates, including Joseph's own, in the coming days. Kerala Congress (Joseph) won two seats in 2021.
