The Uttar Pradesh BJP leadership has warned its legislators against holding caste-based meetings, citing concerns that such gatherings could foster factionalism and undermine the party's inclusive ideology. This directive follows a recent dinner meeting of Brahmin BJP legislators in Lucknow, which reportedly discussed alleged bias against the community. Party chief Pankaj Chaudhary stated that such activities violate the BJP's constitution and will be treated as indiscipline, emphasizing the party's focus on developmental politics and nationalism over caste-based mobilization.
