
A special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Kashmir has issued a proclamation against three Kashmiri-origin individuals residing abroad. These individuals are accused of actively propagating content deemed prejudicial to India's sovereignty and integrity. The Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Police stated that the accused allegedly used social media platforms to spread fake and secessionist content, aiming to incite violence and unrest. The court has ordered their appearance by January 31.
