Opposition MPs Seek Discussion on MEA or Commerce Ministry in Rajya Sabha

Opposition MPs in the Rajya Sabha have requested a discussion on the functioning of either the Ministry of External Affairs or the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, noting that neither ministry has been reviewed in the House since 2010. This demand was raised during a Business Advisory Committee meeting. Rajya Sabha Chairman C P Radhakrishnan stated that consultations between the government and opposition will finalize the ministries for discussion, or he may decide them if no agreement is reached.
