Rahul Gandhi Highlights China's Industrial Strength and Governance Concerns

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi stated that China has developed a "superb and unmatched" industrial production system, dominating this sector while countries like India and the US focus more on consumption. He criticized China's coercive and undemocratic governance but emphasized that if India builds a similar industrial system while upholding democratic values, it would benefit both India and the world. Gandhi made these remarks during a dialogue with the IT community in Thiruvananthapuram.
