Addressing senior officers at the 'Police Manthan' conference, he highlighted reforms in recruitment, training, cyber security, and forensics, noting that over 60,000 constables are currently undergoing training. Adityanath asserted that the UP Police now instills fear in criminals while earning public trust, a shift from a reactive to a more effective model.
