J-K LG Gives Job Appointment Letter to Kin of Photographer Killed in Nowgam Blast

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha handed over an appointment letter on compassionate grounds to Shabeena Bashir, wife of Javid Mansoor Rather, a Crime Branch photographer killed in the Nowgam police station blast last year. The blast, caused by a large cache of explosives seized from Faridabad, resulted in nine deaths. Sinha assured support to the bereaved family amid ongoing administrative assistance.
