Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha stated that the state's Vidyajyoti Schools initiative, launched in 2021, has been successful. The program transformed 125 government schools to offer quality education with modern infrastructure and a CBSE curriculum in English. Saha highlighted increased pass percentages in Madhyamik and higher secondary exams, attributing success to the government's commitment to educational facilities, including ICT, smart classes, and tinkering labs. He also mentioned initiatives like free bicycles for girl students and praised the New Education Policy's flexibility.
