State coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy emphasized the need for systematic and meaningful appointments to build a robust organizational structure and connect with approximately 15 lakh cadres. Digital managers are being appointed, and orientation programs are underway. Pilot projects have been completed, and a task force is monitoring the process to ensure accuracy and discipline.
