The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly has decided to regularize pending cases of excess expenditure from 1986-87 to 2009-10. The committee also resolved to adopt prescribed monetary limits and norms for commenting on savings and excess expenditure in appropriation accounts. The decision was made during the PAC's fifth sitting, chaired by MLA Dr. Mohesh Chai.
