PMK founder S. Ramadoss is expected to announce a new alliance for the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. Party MLA G.K. Mani stated that this alliance will lead PMK to power. Ramadoss has reportedly consulted with district functionaries and will seek empowerment from the general council to finalize alliance decisions.
